Because we partner with TSYS, First Data, and Elavon, just to name a few, we have the ability to work with hundreds of POS providers. Please check with your POS provider, and if they allow you to choose your processor, then we are happy to work with you to lower your payment acceptance cost.

Customer Experience

Ultramarine Pools has been a client for seven years.   They use our payment acceptance solution to capture payments for their monthly pool service and repair accounts.   In the past, it required a lot of double entry each month and due to the success of the business, Mr. David Sheid (the Office Manager) responsible for this task was spending almost half of the month tracking and processing payments.

Automating this process has also eliminated human error and payments arrive a lot quicker in the bank account.  The Customer Payment Portal is a game changer for the client experience and it saves hours each month that was regularly spent calling to collect new card information. Customers can now easily update their card or ACH information when they sign into their portal 24/7 which is extremely helpful because it no longer requires an employee calling to collect this data.   It’s safe, compliant, and fully automated. 

Ultramarine Pools can now also offer less expensive payment options than just credit cards to their customers.  Their customers have a choice of paying with a credit card, debit card or they can pay with ACH, which will not have to be updated as often.  Clients can review past invoice history and update their payment information on their own. In the past Mr. Scheid was too burdened by an outdated inadequate payment acceptance process.    Now he has more time to spend with his customers and he is using that time to better understand the customer which opens-up opportunities to upsell, as he uncovers unmet needs.   Mr. Scheid has also mentioned that his quality of life at the office has totally changed now that the process is streamlined.     In fact, Mr. Grovatt recently shared with me that they have seen an increase in sales since implementing our solution.    He feels that the extra time his Office Manager now has is a direct result of this automation and that is why he has seen an increase in revenue and shorter payment collection times.
